I was one of those people who not only went through a pandemic like you, I also went through a divorce in 2021. I believe both helped me rediscover some things I’d completely forgotten—like that I can draw and paint.
I remembered that when I was quite young, I won awards for my drawings and poetry including on the national level. Now, over the course of about six months of getting back into it, I’ve created some stuff that’s impressed even me—including the gems.
And the gems started when I found a picture frame with some ruby gems in it. For whatever reason the thought just occurred to me that I’d like to draw a ruby and paint it, so I did—and I loved it. So, I thought why not just continue with all the birthstones? The citrine was next and that ended up being even better than the ruby so I got pretty excited and the rest is just what you’ve seen on this website.
So, now am I not only a professional writer writing screenplays and musical books I’m also an artist who paints oil paintings and I’ve just launched this lovely gem collection that I hope you’re gonna be excited about. There’s a chance that whatever you’re gonna buy could be worth more money someday than what you put into it. I believe there’s a lot of value in these gems and I’m excited to go on this journey with y’all.
